Hello my name is Gloria Crowley I am the manager at First Choice Title of Douglas. I specialize in customer service with twenty years’ experience. I became employed with First Choice Title while finishing my degree in Business Management Administration at Wiregrass Technical College. In addition to my business degree, I obtained certifications of credit of General Office, Administrative Support, Microsoft Office Specialist, Microsoft Office Application Professional including word, excel, access, power point presentation, and publisher. Prior to college I also obtained a certification as a tax professional. I have a family with four children, three stepchildren and seventeen grandchildren as a bonus, therefore I’m able to get on a more personable level with my customers. In my time off I enjoy spending time with my family. I really enjoy working for First Choice Title, my company officials, coworkers, along with my loyal customers. I enjoy the task of being able to service my customers with their financial needs. I take great pride in helping my customers get out of debt with the many tools that First Choice Title has to offer.
